Summary: We found our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is excellent, rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and keen to help. The area is relatively quiet with some nice hotels and restaurants close by. Pool service could be improved slightly, the pool menu only opens for a couple of hours in the afternoon with limited options.

Summary: Great place, seemed like they were cutting costs in weird places. Signs in the shower about how much water costs. Wouldn’t let you fill a water bottle in the gym and wouldn’t give you ice. Overall, great view at the pool and a nice buffet, but the strange rules made it seem cheap although they advertise at a luxury resort.

Summary: The all inclusive meal option was well worth the money. Huge selection, fresh, well prepared, quickly restocked, and tasty. Lots of ways to eat vegan or vegetarian and stay healthy. Not bad for the beer and wine options too.

Summary: The hotel room had a fabulous view and a large room and good balcony. The room had not been dusted for a while, and the tv needed to be tuned in. Very small bathroom. The food was ok, check in was challenging. Excellent location.

Summary: very nice hotel with restaurant and bar. Also near a lot of other restaurants. It's right on the water but you need a car to get to the nice beaches. Breakfast was very good and had a lot of variety. Had the evening buffet one night and it was very good! The rooms were air conditioned (thank God!) but the common areas weren't. I would certainly recommend this hotel!
